- Twelve 50 minute sessions conducted via a video platform.

- Step-by-step action plan focused on getting you from where you are now to where you want to be.


- You'll have email support between sessions to share your wins or ask any questions about what you're working on that week.


- After each session, you'll receive a detailed summary of our discussion, including the goals we've set and the action steps you need to take for the upcoming week.


- At the end of each month, you'll receive a comprehensive summary highlighting your progress, the key areas we focused on, and your achievements.


- You'll be provided with tools and exercises to support your learning and growth outside of our coaching sessions.


- As your confidence coach, I'm here to help you stay accountable and supported while you work towards your goals. Together, we'll set clear goals to keep you motivated and focused. I'll be there to give you guidance, encouragement, and a supportive shoulder whenever you need it, cheering you on all the way.

Monthly sessions are only offered to clients who have completed the 12-week program.
