SELF LOVE COACHING PROGRAM
Self love coaching is a 12-week one-on-one program for people who are truly committed to learning how to love themselves unconditionally.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Inside this program you can expect:
➡ 12 one-on-one sessions held by phone or video platform.
➡ During our first session, we’ll review the intake and assessment forms that I give you when you sign up. We’ll also discuss your goals for the program and I’ll address any questions that you may have.
➡ During the other sessions, we’ll create an action plan for your goals and discuss topics such as goal-setting, limiting beliefs, fear, self love, self-care, creating positive habits, etc.
➡ After every 4 sessions, we’ll review your progress and see if any changes have to be made to your action plan.
➡ At the end of the 12 sessions, you’ll have the option to add on more sessions if you wish.
➡ At the end of the program you’ll have a complimentary 30 minute session one month later to make sure that you’re still on track.
➡ I’ll also give you self-reflective exercises to complete in between sessions.
➡ I’ll be your personal cheerleader and give you lots of support and encouragement.
