Hi I’m Raquel. I am a clinical psychologist and mindset coach from New York. It wasn’t that long ago where I was the biggest thing holding myself back from following my dreams. I knew what I wanted, but couldn’t seem to make it happen.
I felt like I was constantly failing to follow through on anything. Self-sabotaged any progress I made. Was afraid of failing. And always felt tired and burnt out. Enough was enough.

6. Monthly Progress Report
- Each month we’ll review your goals, progress you’ve made and discuss any changes (if any) needs to be made to your action plan.
