After you make your deposit, I’ll send you the Welcome Packet, which includes the coaching agreement and coaching intake form. Then, we’ll set up an appointment for the intake session.
- Each session is approximately 50 minutes (with the exception of the intake session).
- During our sessions, we’ll discuss: homework assignment from previous session, wins from the week, difficulties you may have had, topic of the week, new homework assignment, and any questions/concerns you may have.
